We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, so you know what to expect when you receive your purchase.

Cancellation

You can contact us at ordre@effenstil.dk if you wish to cancel your order, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can instead exercise your right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

When you shop online with EFFEN•stil, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to current regulations. The period starts from the day you, or another person you have designated, physically takes possession of the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at retur@effenstil.dk before the deadline expires.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Which item you wish to return
• Your name and contact details

Returns & Condition

When returning an item, it must be handled with the care necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and function. The item may be tried and examined as one normally would in a physical store. The item must be securely packaged, and we recommend that it is returned in the same condition as received and with any original tags.

• Pre-loved items: Products that are pre-loved are marked with EFFEN•stil's pre-loved symbol. Upon return, they must be in the same condition as received. Natural signs of wear or other conditions that were clearly stated in the product description or images do not, in themselves, alter your right of withdrawal.
• New products: Products without the pre-loved symbol are considered new and, upon return, must be in a condition where they can still be sold as new.

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund received payments (including the original standard delivery) no later than 14 days after we have received your notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that the item has been returned.

Right to Complain (24 months)

You have a 24-month right to complain according to current Danish legislation under the Sale of Goods Act.

• Pre-loved items: The age of the item, previous use, and natural signs of wear are taken into account. The right to complain does not cover normal wear and tear or conditions that were clearly described or shown at the time of purchase.
• New products: Covered by the right to complain according to current regulations.

If you discover a fault or defect, please contact us as soon as possible at retur@effenstil.dk with your order number, along with pictures and a description of the problem.
